  • A Project Manager with a broad experience of managing projects from inception to completion.
  • The ability and confidence to take control of any issues arising.
  • A strong balance of assertive and negotiation skills, able to resolve conflict and drive outcomes in challenging circumstances.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise heavy workloads and remain focussed on key delivery targets.
  • Ability to deliver large scale change management projects and ensure that that change is embedded into Saffery and that the project can demonstrate the return on investment.
  • Works well with others in the team and acts as a role model, setting high standards of quality and demonstrating commitment to self-development. Uses knowledge to support his or her own team and transfers skills in areas of expertise.
