Our design office is based in Shoreditch, London and our head office and manufacturing hub is based in Wetherby, West Yorkshire.
The factory is the workplace of over 50 skilled craftspeople, incorporating joinery, spray finishing, print, LED & electrics and logistics departments.
The London design office works closely with the factory team to ensure the smooth transition from concept design to specification to production.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Project Manager’s purpose is to work with our clients to assist in the design, production, delivery, and installation of visual merchandising displays for the retail sector.
Effective communication with all internal departments and third parties is key to the role as you manage projects from concept to installation.
Duties & Responsibilities
As a Project Manager you will need to:
· Evaluate customer’s briefs to understand their requirements and the scope of the project.
· Provide a full project appraisal to produce an accurate quotation and timeline of works.
· Liaise closely with internal department managers and external suppliers to confirm costings and provide a detailed quotes to clients, ensuring quotes are competitive and profitable.
· Assess the timings of a project and create a timing plan to ensure the agreed customer deadlines are met.
· Brief and manage factory and supplier production of prototypes and roll-out production, ensuring high standards are met throughout the process.
· Assess and approve finished products prior to despatch.
· Arrange store survey schedules/install schedules and collation of all information gathered.
. Manage overnight installations on site.
· Provide install packs for fitters for installation (Risk Assessment/ Method Statement/ Scope of works).
· Arrange delivery and installation times and dates with clients/ fitting teams/ logistics companies.
· Project evaluation and review including regular reporting to the Senior Management Team
