JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Director of Planning and Construction, a Project Manager - Bond will develop and execute construction projects through effective working relationships with external stakeholders and the timely completion within budget and scope. This position will primarily focus on the bond financed projects. Support for other departmental projects is anticipated and shall be considered as part of the job scope as determined by business need. The below is not intended to be an exclusive list of accountabilities.
