Project Manager Branding

EIGA is a design agency specializing in branding and corporate design. We have a simple yet compelling vision: we believe in the competitive edge of design-oriented brands and the activating power of corporate identity. With our team, we help both large and small companies create distinctive brands, nurture them, and connect them emotionally with their audiences.
We are currently looking for a Project Manager (all genders) – someone who is as professionally competent as they are personally convincing – for a permanent position, full-time or part-time by arrangement.

What you’ll do:

  • Coordinate internal workflows and act as the link between clients and our design team
  • Manage complex branding projects from concept and presentation to planning, budgeting, execution, and documentation
  • Keep quality, timing, and budget under control at all times
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations in English with confidence
  • Help shape and evolve our services with your passion for branding and communication
  • Translate ideas into clear, structured project briefings
  • Ensure client satisfaction while maintaining strong internal project management
  • Support and onboard new team members and freelancers
  • Collaborate with management on business development initiatives

What we’re after for the role:

  • A degree (or comparable training) in marketing, media, communication, or a similar field
  • At least 2 years of relevant professional experience
  • A confident, personable, and trustworthy presence – both with colleagues and clients
  • Strategic thinking, strong communication, and a hands-on, structured working style
  • Experience with traditional and/or digital media
  • Ability to provide independent client consultation and project guidance
  • A sense of ownership, economic awareness, and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with brand management and creative workflows
  • A keen interest in trends, communication, and design
  • Excellent German and strong English skills, both spoken and written
  • Team spirit, reliability, flexibility, and thoughtfulness
  • Most importantly: genuine enthusiasm for what you do
