Since January, the firm has made over two dozen strategic growth investments and has expanded its sales efforts nationwide.   Summary: Customer facing support position focused on MACD Ordering. This includes new orders and disconnect requests with relevant vendors. The position is chartered with overseeing service ordering to ensure recurring client satisfaction. Essential Functions and Qualifications * Manages day-to-day aspects of multiple ordering projects, regular customer status calls, updating project trackers, documentation, etc. * Serving as an extension of a client’s team * Microsoft Office competency and fluency in Excel and Smartsheets * Confidence in delivering status updates to all levels of client team * Managing large volumes of data in excel and application databases * MACD ordering and tracking through completion Major Duties and Responsibilities: * Working with service quoting team to procure relevant quotes for client * Engages as a point of escalation for customer needs, inquiries, concerns, and provide end-to-end customer experience management * Coordinates activities with vendors relating to connectivity, provisioning, equipment return, etc * Serves as main point of contact between vendors and client for service installation activities * Ensures orders are managed and delivered timely to client * Interacts with Expense Management team to ensure services are handed off properly Skills and Abilities * Ability to escalate effectively and manage vendors (both partners and non-partner vendors) * Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, email) with customers, peers, direct and senior management * Ability to work as a facilitator on project trackers – implementations and installs/disconnects * Ability to leverage automation for efficiency and added customer benefit * Ability to navigate carrier portals to place disconnect requests if/when needed Position Type, Expected Hours of Work, and Travel: * Virtual position * Some flexibility in hours allowed. Must be available during the “core” client work hours - EST. * Availability outside of standard business hours to support go-lives, as needed.
