Job Description Our Bridges, Structures & Ports team in Sydney is working across a strong and expanding pipeline of major projects, from bridge and structural upgrades to port and maritime infrastructure. You’ll join a collaborative, high-performing team with the backing of a global network and the opportunity to make a real impact locally. How you’ll make a difference As a Project Manager, you’ll take the lead on design and delivery across D&C projects, playing a key role from early tender phases through to construction. Lead and manage design delivery from tender through to construction documentation and project completion Act as the key interface between clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams, ensuring alignment on design intent and project outcomes Oversee design programmes, deliverables and approvals to keep projects on track and within commercial expectations Identify and manage risks across design, construction, approvals and interfaces, bringing proactive and practical solutions Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders to support successful delivery and future opportunities Qualifications The qualities that help you thrive The following qualifications and experience are highly desired, but if you don’t tick all the boxes you could still be a perfect fit for this role. Responsibilities

The Project Manager will lead design and delivery for bridge, structure, and port projects from the tender phase through to construction completion. They will act as the primary interface between clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project outcomes align with commercial and technical expectations.
