REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- 5+ years’ experience in Civil Engineering and Project Management
- P. Eng. (Ontario) designation - considered an asset
- Strong project management and technical skills
- Strong understanding of Commercial Contracts
- Strong technical writing skills; experienced in the preparation of correspondence, reports, and proposals
- Effective verbal communicator, including presentation, facilitation and listening skills
- Experience in leading a team
- Strategic, analytical and practical thinker
- Credible knowledge of relevant municipal, provincial and design standards
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
