JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager with a PMP designation to lead and manage various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management methodologies, including Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall, and will be adept at overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery. This role requires excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in IT project management with a focus on ERP systems and product development.
  • Familiarity with data analysis skills for effective decision-making based on collected data.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Experience in supervising teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Proficiency in using tools such as Salesforce, Workday, Basecamp, Primavera P6, ServiceNow, Visio, SAS for various project needs.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring adherence to project management methodologies such as PMBOK.
  • Utilize tools such as Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
  • Oversee risk management processes to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth transitions during project implementations.
  • Coordinate vendor management activities to ensure quality deliverables from external partners.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to monitor progress and address any challenges faced by team members.
  • Gather requirements through effective communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Implement quality management practices to maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare presentations for stakeholders to communicate project status, risks, and outcomes.
