Project Manager/Budget Analyst
Location: Albuquerque, NM
Status: Exempt / Full-Time / On-site
Salary Range: $84K - $104K depending on qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree with 8 or more years’ experience, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Knowledge of or capable of learning various DOE/NNSA systems, i.e., STRIPES and STARS, WebPMIS, G2, SharePoint, etc. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Utilizes statistical processing software to compile and report financial statistics and budget management reports.
  • Routinely handle confidential information and maintain discretion of Personal Private Information (PII) at all times.
  • Follows all Federal, State, and Company policies in accordance with the applicable document management.
  • Regularly meets with DNN federal and contractor staff at all levels to ensure they are familiar with all required guidelines, procedures and requirements of the office.
  • Prepares, analyzes and distributes quarterly reviews, monthly reports and budget analysis and reconciliations.
  • Conducts follow ups on tasks delegated to staff members and coordinates assignments accordingly.
  • Plans meetings, both classified and unclassified as needed, providing preparation of agendas, briefings and meeting minutes.
  • Records, tracks and coordinates action items and deliverables.
  • Generate reports related to organizational, administrative, and procedural matters.
  • Provide assistance in the formal institutional planning process that may include identification, strategic planning, making recommendations for the selection of management systems, and providing support to facilitate the programs internal and external interfaces.
  • Assists with contract reporting requirements, as defined in the contract and coordinating with JGMS Project Manager and COR. Serves as a supervisory Team Lead providing mentoring, advice and technical guidance and solutions to staff as needed.
  • Develops and implements process procedures documents, such as desktop procedures, checklists, guidebooks, and standard operating procedures.
  • Expeditiously addresses staff performance issues and develops corrective actions.
  • Reviews and approves timecards and requests for leave.
  • Ensures adequate staffing needs are met, train/cross-train staff as needed, and ensures adequate office coverage at all times.
  • Prepares and distributes annual performance evaluations and determines annual development and training needs for employees. Services as the POC for all personnel actions/issues. Performs other duties as required within the means of the contract.
