Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Direct the NPD project development team (including Asia Engineering, Sourcing, CMT, Quality Engineering, Supply Quality Engineering, and Test Lab Engineering) to guarantee projects meet strict time, quality, and budget requirements. Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans based on the NPD process; monitor progress versus scope, cost, quality, and time, and provide regular status and risk reports to stakeholders, department managers, and HQ PMs. Risk & Resource Management: Apply proactive risk management and avoidance strategies to remove project bottlenecks; request and assure adequate project resources to build capable teams that succeed in project requirements. HQ & NCD Collaboration: Deeply coordinate with the HQ NCD team and NL Project/Product Managers to successfully achieve NCD deliverables (including prototype making and evaluation) and improve overall project development timing. Team Leadership & Coaching: Establish high team performance by setting clear expectations, providing coaching, and giving clear assignments; guide the team toward highly efficient cooperation and continuous growth. Financial Forecasting: Conduct monthly forecasting on resources and budgets in alignment with the project team and HQ PMs. Process Improvement: Manage activities to continuously improve the development process, encouraging cooperation and providing direction in a stimulating manner.
