PROJECT MANAGER (BUILDING & CONSTRUCTION)

Location: The Crescent @ Kallang, 47 Kallang Pudding Road 349318
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $8,000 – $10,000 monthly
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years (HDB construction experience essential)

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and completing at least one full HDB project from start to handover.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills to manage teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sound knowledge of construction standards, statutory requirements, and best practices in Singapore.
  • Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and make decisive judgments.

Responsibilities

As a Project Manager , you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects from planning through completion. Your scope will include:

  • Project Leadership & Delivery: Manage the full project lifecycle within agreed cost, quality, safety, and timeline parameters. Ensure compliance with both statutory and internal requirements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, government authorities, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution and resolution of issues.
  • Planning & Documentation: Prepare, review, and submit detailed programmes, schedules, method statements, technical proposals, and risk assessment plans.
  • Site & Safety Oversight: Conduct and chair regular site coordination and safety meetings with internal teams and subcontractors to maintain high safety and operational standards.
  • Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage the project team to achieve performance excellence and deliver results aligned with project goals.
  • Problem Solving: Anticipate potential risks, proactively implement mitigation measures, and provide solutions to ensure uninterrupted project progress.
