• Responsible for conducting feasibility studies, preparing and managing cost budgets, supervising project execution, and certifying final accounts for multiple projects undertaken at the client’s premises.
• Responsible for preparing and submitting regular progress reports on assigned projects, monitoring timelines, targets, and budget expenditures to ensure successful, on-time, and within-budget completion.
• Required to work with consultants to ensure that all authorities’ submissions are done on time in order to commence work and in time to obtain TOP/CSC for projects.

Requirements:

• At least a diploma in Engineering/Building or equivalent
• Over 5 years of relevant experience
• Auto-Cad Skills
• Must be familiar with submission process of building plans for local authorities’ approval
