Description

Your Role: Oversee project management to ensure completion within budget, time frame, and quality standards Supervise contractor performance and manage project processes (initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing) Prepare tender documents for various projects, including capital works, office renovation and fitting out works, and alteration and E&M improvement projects Ensure compliance with relevant quality and safety standards, procedures, and statutory requirements To Succeed in the Role: Degree or above in Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with minimum 5 years of practical experience as a Project Manager in project management Thorough understanding of local regulatory requirements Excellent management skills and ability to work independently Experience in office fitting out projects and / or E&M facilities installation projects an advantage Excellent project planning, organization, and execution skills Ability to work closely with procurement department to prepare tender documents and analysis reports with recommendations for approval Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager Work Location: Hong Kong We offer competitive salary package with attractive benefits, including no less than 14 days Annual Leave, Medical Insurance and Discretionary Bonus.
