Job Overview Stello Products, Inc., a leading sign manufacturer with a rich history dating back to 1959, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. Based in Washington, D.C., United States, this is a full-time position ideal for a professional who thrives on managing projects from conception to completion. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing a diverse range of signage projects for the highway industry, municipalities, and custom clients, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to our exacting quality standards. We are offering a competitive annual salary of $80,000 - $100,800 USD for this role. Responsibilities Manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial client brief and planning through to manufacturing, delivery, and installation. Develop detailed project plans, defining scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for each assignment. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular progress updates and managing stakeholder expectations effectively. Coordinate with internal teams, including design, production, and logistics, to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow. Proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks and dependencies to avoid delays and cost overruns. Ensure all signage and safety equipment projects adhere to relevant industry standards (e.g., MUTCD) and client specifications. Oversee quality control processes to guarantee that every product meets the high standards of Stello Products, Inc. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project closure reports. Qualifications Proven experience working as a Project Manager, preferably within the manufacturing, construction, or signage industry. A strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools. Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Proficiency in project management software and the Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. A bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is highly desirable. Familiarity with signage regulations and standards would be a significant advantage.
