PROJECTS MANAGER, RIYADH We are seeking an experienced Projects Manager with a strong background in hotel and hospitality projects to oversee and deliver high-end developments from concept through completion. Location: Saudi Arabia Industry: Hospitality / Hotel Development Travel: Required frequently within Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage hospitality development projects including hotels, resorts, and high-end F&B facilities. • Oversee the full project lifecycle: planning, design coordination, procurement, construction, and handover. • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved. • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve technical or operational challenges. • Review design submissions and ensure alignment with hospitality operational standards. • Manage contracts, project documentation, and reporting to senior management. • Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering or related discipline. • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management within hotel and hospitality developments. • Proven experience managing large-scale hospitality projects. • Strong knowledge of construction processes, project planning, and contract management. • Excellent leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. • Fluent in English (written and spoken). • Willing and ready to relocate/transfer as required. Preferred: • Experience working on luxury hospitality or international hotel brand projects. • PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.
