Job Overview Phoenix Centre is seeking a highly organised and dedicated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position based in Louisiana, United States. We are looking for a proactive leader with a proven ability to manage projects from conception through to successful completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. Responsibilities Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. Perform risk management to minimise potential risks and create contingency plans. Establish and maintain relationships with all relevant stakeholders, providing regular status reports. Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. Ensure all project documentation is comprehensive, current, and stored appropriately. Qualifications Proven working experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role. Excellent understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. Strong leadership, diplomatic, and motivational skills including the ability to lead and manage diverse team members. Exceptional organisational skills, including strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency with project management software tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification is a significant advantage.
