Job Description Role Type: W2 contract Duration: 12-24 weeks Hourly Rate: $60-$70/hr Work Status: US Citizen or Green Card Start: Immediate Location: Remote What You’ll Do Burwood is currently seeking a Project Manager to join our delivery team for an urgent engagement with a global accounting firm. These roles will focus on Resource Allocation for Tech Stack Rationalization and will be critical to restarting momentum on stalled initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead planning and execution of tech stack rationalization sprints over a 12–24 week period. Ensure disciplined project management around scope, timeline, and deliverables for each sprint. Collaborate with Burwood and client stakeholders to optimize resources and ensure alignment with business priorities. Provide fixed-fee pricing estimates and manage delivery within those constraints. Drive transparent communication, reporting on risks, dependencies, and progress. Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance standards, as work is conducted in an M&A environment. Qualifications Who You Are 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in IT rationalization, M&A integration, or systems optimization. Proven ability to execute in fast-paced, high-stakes environments with immediate client needs. Skilled at managing parallel workstreams and ensuring delivery excellence under tight timelines. Strong communicator with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders. Familiarity with Agile sprint planning and delivery frameworks. Strong financial acumen to manage within fixed-fee pricing models.
