Position Overview  We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Project Manager to support project delivery and  business process improvement initiatives. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys both  coordinating projects and analyzing business needs to drive effective solutions.  Duties and Responsibilities  Project Management Support  • Assist in planning, organizing, and tracking project timelines, deliverables, and milestones  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes and action items  • Monitor project progress and escalate risks or issues as needed   • Maintain project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and communication plans  • Identify and communicate project risks, issues, and blockers, and assist in coordinating resolutions with  stakeholders  Business Analysis  • Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements   • Work with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify areas for improvement  • Translate business needs into clear requirements for technical teams   • Review data, reports, and user feedback to support decision-making and recommend actionable  solutions   • Assist in creating process maps, dashboards, and documentation to visualize findings and support  stakeholders   • Evaluate project performance metrics and provide insights to improve delivery, timelines, and outcomes   Collaboration & Communication  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams   • Communicate project updates and insights clearly to various audiences   • Support change management and user adoption efforts  Position Requirements  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)  • Strong organizational and time management skills   • Excellent written and verbal communication skills   • Basic understanding of project management concepts (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall)  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail   • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)   Benefits: Career Advancement: Unlock opportunities for growth and development within a fast-expanding organization, with clear pathways for career progression.
