YOUR ROLE

As Project Manager/Business Analyst - Digitization, you’ll be at the forefront of LBC’s transformation into the digital leader in tank storage. You will lead strategic IT projects, translating business needs into innovative solutions and cultivating essential relationships with terminals and customers to ensure every project delivers value for all stakeholders. This role combines IT expertise with a commercial edge, requiring someone who can understand the bigger picture while managing the intricate details. A key aspect of this role involves analyzing and documenting existing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and reshaping them by leveraging digital tools and technologies. Additionally, you will be managing projects across both the US and Europe, with the opportunity to engage in dynamic, cross-regional collaboration. A willingness to travel is essential, as you will be working closely with teams and clients in both regions to drive successful project outcomes and ensure alignment on goals. WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Manage one or more (sub)projects, taking full accountability for results. Responsible for project plans covering organization, timelines, costs, risks, and test strategies with all stakeholders.
  • Lead project team members, both colleagues and external contributors, ensuring alignment and focus.
  • Identify all explicit demands and requirements, ensuring clear and achievable goals.
  • Draft detailed designs, evaluate alternatives, and create robust test cases, ensuring compliance with enterprise architecture and security standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and suppliers, understanding contracts and overseeing release and maintenance strategies.
  • Oversee project budgets and maintain the risk log to address potential challenges effectively.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders, including steering committees, ensuring transparency and clarity.
