JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Project Manager / Business Analyst to drive the successful delivery of projects, particularly those involving advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML). The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, manage project lifecycles, and ensure alignment with business objectives while maintaining clear communication among stakeholders.
The role also involves supporting the pre-award phase of national and international funding programs, including grant proposal preparation, submission, and compliance with funding requirements. As a Business Analyst, the candidate will analyze business processes, gather and define requirements, and propose data-driven solutions to improve efficiency and decision-making. Additionally, the Project Manager / Business Analyst will contribute to developing innovative solutions and fostering partnerships between internal teams and external organizations, ensuring alignment between business needs and technological advancements.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Basic understanding of AI, ML, and data science concepts, including their potential applications in real-world scenarios.
  • Experience in writing and managing grant applications or funding proposals for national and international programs is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with software development cycles and/or IT infrastructures is appreciated.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant STEM discipline (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, or similar); Master’s preferred.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and tools for data visualization and reporting.

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and objectives.
  • Collaborate in the development and implementation of innovative solutions, leveraging advanced technologies such as AI, ML, and data-driven methodologies.
  • Facilitate the design, integration, and management of collaborative projects, fostering partnerships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all project phases, including technical specifications, risk assessments, and progress reports.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating technical concepts into actionable plans.
