BIICS, Inc is looking to fill a Project Manager position. This is a contract-to-hire role. The position is located in Tallahassee, Florida and the consultant is required to attend a weeklong onsite training initially. Consultant may work remotely for the remainder of the 9-12 month engagement with the possibility of occasional travel. • Set project goals and formulate plans to meet those goals
• Maintain project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports
• Manage resources
• Coordinate project team members and develope schedules and individual responsibilities
• Implement IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget
• Use project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence
• Conduct risk assessments for projects
• Organize meetings to discuss project goals and progress
• Keep stakeholders informed of project progress, changes, and potential risks.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and feedback.
• Provide regular status reports and updates to project stakeholders.
