We are looking for a process specialist (m, f, d) in the fund industry as Project Manager - Business Processes Fund Industry Aufgaben Responsible for managing the entire project execution at the fund manager's headquarters and international offices, setting objectives and project scope to deliver projects on time and within budget, in line with the company's strategic goals / Analysis of fund management processes, understanding of business contexts, and project architecture as a basis for informed decisions when planning the project with milestones and deadlines to ensure predictable, consistent, and successful project implementation / Managing project teams in complex projects and maintaining ongoing communication with internal and external specialists during project implementation in order to achieve efficient, functional, and high-quality results as well as to ensure stakeholders and executives to have transparency into expected project completion and/or risks / Proven ability to lead and manage organizational change, experience in identifying and implementing process improvements as part of change initiative / Responsible for documenting project progress and preparing status reports, as well as initiating escalations in the event of deviations from project objectives / Work proactively with the business units within the group to understand requirements and plan future projects.
