Job Title Project Manager Busness Transformation (Servicenow) Job Description The Business Project Manager is responsible for planning and executing multi-discipline projects, ensuring they meet agreed specifications, timelines, costs, and staffing requirements, working under limited supervision. The role manages project scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, and risks, aligning project goals with organizational strategies to optimize the business case over a typical one-year period. The role guides diverse project teams, fostering collaboration and efficiency, and builds strong partnerships with stakeholders to support project success and proactively address issues. The role ensures stakeholder expectations are met, aligns project initiatives with strategic objectives, and adheres to Philips standards and methodologies, providing detailed progress reports to senior management and steering committees for effective decision-making. Job Responsibilities: • Initiates, plans, and executes multi-discipline projects in accordance with agreed conditions on specification, time, cost, and staffing, ensuring successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction and applies intermediate understanding of entrepreneurial skills in daily work. • Manages and balances the project's scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, and risks, ensuring the project meets its objectives and stakeholder expectations throughout its lifecycle. • Monitors and optimizes the project business case, usually over a period of 1 year, ensuring maximum benefits and business impact are achieved by aligning project goals with organizational strategies. • Guides diverse, multi-discipline project teams, fostering collaboration, innovation, and efficiency to achieve project goals and deliverables in a dynamic environment. • Builds and maintains strong partnerships with internal and external project stakeholders, leveraging these relationships to support project success and address any issues proactively. • Manages stakeholder expectations and responds to customer feedback, ensuring alignment with project outcomes and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. • Recognizes organizational opportunities and converts them into business value by aligning project initiatives with strategic objectives and continuously seeking areas for improvement. • Keeps an oversight on project activities, ensuring proper risk management and issue escalation, and provides detailed progress reports to steering committees and senior management for effective decision-making. • Adheres to and enforces Philips standards and methodologies as outlined in the Philips Business System (PBS) and the Philips Excellence Process Framework (PEPF), ensuring compliance and best practices are followed. • Demonstrates a full understanding and consistent application of Philips PM Standards (PMBok and SAFe), ensuring project management practices align with organizational expectations and industry best practices. Minimum required Education: Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management or equivalent. Minimum required Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience with Bachelor's in areas such as Project Management, Business Strategy or equivalent OR no prior experience required with Master's Degree. Prefered experience : - Knowledge of Servicenow - Collaboartion with Cross Functionation global team - Working experience with consulting , services, Big 4 background with hands on in Business transformation is prferred - Knowldge of PowerBI , Qlikview and other reporting and dashboard tools will be desiable #HealthcareInformatics How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart.
