Are you an experienced Transformation Project Manager who can lead complex business and technology change from strategy through to delivery?

We are seeking a senior Project Manager to take a leading role within a major transformation program, coordinating multiple project streams and working across business, technology, vendor and executive stakeholders.

This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity with an ASAP start and significant visibility across the organisation.

About the Role

You will

• Lead major transformation workstreams from initiation through to delivery;

• Coordinate multiple projects, dependencies, vendors and delivery teams;

• Establish delivery plans, governance, milestones, risks and dependencies;

• Work closely with senior executives and stakeholders across the organisation;

• Oversee technology implementation, operational readiness and transition; and

• Provide hands-on delivery leadership across a complex transformation portfolio.

About You

You'll bring

• Strong experience leading complex business and technology transformations;

• A proven track record of hands-on end-to-end project delivery;

• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams, vendors and project teams;

• Strong executive stakeholder engagement and communication capability;

• Commercial awareness across budgets, procurement and vendor management; and

• The ability to bring structure, pace and accountability to complex environments.

About the Program

You will join a significant transformation program supporting organisational growth and change across multiple business and technology areas.

The role will sit above a number of project streams, providing overall delivery leadership while working closely with Project Managers and delivery teams responsible for individual initiatives.

This is not a purely strategic or governance-focused PM role. The successful candidate will need to be comfortable getting into the detail, challenging delivery issues, managing dependencies and driving outcomes.

The role will involve significant stakeholder engagement across senior business and technology leaders, vendors and delivery partners.
