KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES * Manage projects to ensure that implementation and related activities are carried out as defined by tendered scope of work. * Plans and develops methods and procedures for implementing projects to include timing, feasibility, design review, tooling / equipment, fabrication, and installation * Creates and coordinates a comprehensive project plan for each assigned project including definition of project risks, staffing levels, roles and responsibilities, milestones, and deliverables. * Establishes and delivers mechanisms for tracking project progress and reporting to stakeholders via a formal communications plan. Maintains on-going communication with appropriate personnel throughout the various stages of each project. * Continually reviews project progress and adjust parameters if necessary, to steer the project to a successful completion. * Initiates the creation of shop drawings. Acquires and reviews signed shop drawings from the customer. * Participates in site surveys if required and ensures all dimensions are correctly transferred to production drawings. * Attends contractor site meetings, manages RFI’s, invoices, change orders and controls document process. * Co-ordinate with field managers for the allocation of manpower.  * Coordinate purchasing of required items ensuring that materials are purchased at the most competitive price and ensure timely delivery of items needed.  * Establish delivery expectations with Customers. * Coordinates changes request from customers, reviewing, development efforts and then communicating updated costs and schedules to the customer. * Ensures orders are being manufactured to specifications and meeting quality control. * Maintains and manages project budget, ensuring delivery within clients and organizations expectations. * Other duties as assigned by the VP of Operations and Manager.   WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * A degree or diploma in business administration / other related discipline or 5 years minimum Façade management experience. * Computer knowledge of MS software (Word, Excel, Outlook), CAD software would be an asset. * Knowledge of construction practices and procedures. * Architectural knowledge including ability to understand blueprints and perform take-offs. * Ability to work in a deadline driven environment. * Result orientated, Delegation, Problem Solving, Planning, Process Management. * Ability to maintain speed and accuracy against established targets. * Computer literacy, working knowledge of MS Office applications. * Demonstrated leadership and communication skills a must. * Proficiency in written and spoken English. * Health and Safety knowledge and experience preferred.  * Must be flexible in hours to overlap shifts or be available for alternate shift.     Salary Range $105,000 - $120,000 Annually   Additional Information We’re delighted that you’re considering building a career with BVG.
