To help our company grow to new heights we are currently looking for a Project Manager. This role will work cooperatively with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, Battery Diagnostic Management solution and applications. Through the application of established program planning and control process this role will provide Project Manager - Engineering support for the commercialization of the company’s products and will require extensive interaction and collaboration with internal departments and external suppliers.
TITLE: Project Manager

TECHINCAL SKILLS:

  • Experience working in a ISO9001 and ISO 13485 and cGMP environment, design documentation, risk management, verification and validation ) is required
  • Knowledge of risk assessments and FMEA according to ISO 14971 is highly preferred.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS:

  • Demonstrated leadership ability
  • Proficient planning, scheduling, and organizing skills
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills including root-cause analysis (5 Whys, Fishbone, etc)
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life-sciences/Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 2-5 years of sucsessful prior experience in project planning function(s) is required.
  • Direct project management in the electronic manufacturing industry is highly preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, Conduct, and Perform Program Management activities, ensuring they run efficiently and in compliance with internal quality system procedures, industry standards, and regulations 
  • Work closely with Product Manager to develop and maintain product road map such as: budget, scope and objectives, user requirements, tech requirements, milestones, deliverables, resource management
  • Manage and Coordinate multi-discipline product development projects from stage of inception to stage of commercialization
  • Principle liaison between Product Manager and Product Development cross-functional team
  • Lead and perform Project Management activities as required
  • Supervise project managers, team members or other staff to various tasks or phases of work in the life cycle of multiple projects or products
  • Formulate and implement plans for recovery, alteration of work or otherwise handling emergencies, disruptions of programs, project schedules and unanticipated events
  • Interface with customers and/or customer facing teams on technical and/or project related issues
  • Lead, coordinate and participate in weekly project core-team meetings with key stake-holders
  • Manage and coordinate yearly/quarterly/monthly engineering KPI
  • Track performance of members of various project teams or groups to assess compliance budgetary, time and other requirements
  • Present program status updates to managements on regular basis
  • Participate in risk management activities compliant with ISO 14971
  • Provide the Engineering team with Project Management support and training as necessary
  • Provide Project Management support and training to other departments (Operations, Service, QA, RA etc)
