Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for quality homebuilding and site coordination?
We’re looking for a dedicated Project Manager to oversee the construction of our homes from backfill to closing. In this role, you’ll coordinate trades, manage production timelines, and help drive Caivan’s commitment to excellence across every stage of the build.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full construction cycle of allocated homes from backfill to closing
  • Schedule and coordinate trades and suppliers to meet production goals
  • Conduct daily site walkthroughs and quality checks
  • Lead deficiency clean-up using detailed checklists (1st Handy, 2nd Handy, Move-in Ready, PDI)
  • Ensure construction aligns with drawings, specs, scopes, and Caivan Performance Guidelines
  • Support and enforce safety protocols across the site
  • Manage Sales Details (options, extras, and colors) to ensure build accuracy
  • Oversee and mentor site staff, including handymen and labourers
  • Perform weekly lot schedule re-forecasting and track progress using OLS/OLW
  • Collaborate with the Senior Project Manager and Team Lead on broader site planning
  • Coordinate with city inspectors and report issues as required
  • Maintain site cleanliness, signage, and safety compliance
  • Resolve daily job site challenges and escalate concerns proactively
  • Participate in updating architectural details via the ticketing process
  • Contribute to and follow standardized work processes and continuous improvement
  • Build strong relationships with trade partners and internal teams
  • Perform other duties as required
