Caladwich Consulting is seeking a Project Manager to provide oversight on all FOIA program activities, ensuring contract deliverables, workflow performance, and system operations meet VA requirements. The PM is responsible for managing staffing, schedules, risks, quality control, and communication with the COR and Government leadership. Daily Hours of Operation are 7:00 am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays. Core Responsibilities- SM Expertise in the following fields: • Provide support to the Government through the management and prioritization of day-to-day task activities and provide team leadership for Contractor employees assigned to work on specific tasks. • Develop and maintain the Contractor Project Management Plan (CPMP), outlining project approach, schedules, milestones, risks, tools, and resource allocation throughout the period of performance. • Lead FOIA program execution and oversight, ensuring staff activities align with contract requirements, timelines, and performance expectations. • Coordinate routine, planned, and ad hoc data collection and reporting, ensuring accurate, consistent FOIA metrics and compliance with reporting standards. • Prepare and deliver bi-weekly Activity Reports detailing completed work, upcoming tasks, unresolved issues, FOIA request volumes, and performance metrics. • Serve as the primary liaison with VA stakeholders, including the Contracting Officer (CO), COR, Program Manager (PM), and other Government personnel. • Plan and facilitate the Technical Kickoff Meeting, including agenda development, presentation of the work plan and schedule, and timely distribution of meeting materials and minutes. • Track and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, including resolution planning and documentation of open and recurring issues. • Oversee onboarding, training, and compliance documentation, including NDAs, onboarding packets, training logs, and Government-furnished equipment (GFE) tracking. • Produce annual Closeout Reports, summarizing accomplishments, challenges, lessons learned, and recommendations to improve future FOIA program performance. Requirements Requirements for Candidate: • 3+ years’ experience in direct PM Engagement, Managing teams in a Federal of Government setting • Bachelor’s degree in business, Public Administration, Information Systems, Legal Studies, or related field -OR- 4+ years of relevant experience that demostartes managing FOIA workflows that can substitute for Formal training or certifications. • PMP certification Required • Experience managing federal support contracts or operational teams, preferably including FOIA, records, privacy, or compliance work. • Working knowledge of FOIA processes and exemptions, enough to manage quality and workflow without being the SME • Must be a U.S. Citizen Benefits: • 401(k) matching • Health/Dental/Vision insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off (PTO) • Federal Holiday Observation
