Description Project Manager - 63d Readiness Division (RD) G4 West Region, United States (U.S.) Department of War (DOW). Position: Full-Time / On-Site / Hybrid JOIN OUR TEAM! Caladwich is seeking motivated Project Manager to provide efficient, cost-effective Logistics Readiness Services in support of the 63d Readiness Division (RD) – Western Region. This role is ideal for personnel who possess the optimal level of skills which will enable 63d RD to improve training proficiency, maintenance management, and unit administration. As the Project Manager, you’ll provide overall program and contract management for the 63d Readiness Division (RD) G4 West Region logistics support contract across Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, and California. Core Responsibilities- · Serve as the primary point of contact between the contractor and Government, coordinating directly with the Contracting Officer (KO), Contracting Officer Representative (COR), and Army leadership. · Plan, organize, and direct logistics support operations including property book operations, vehicle operations, maintenance management, field-level maintenance, storage site operations, and logistics analysis. · Supervise site supervisors and contractor personnel, ensuring adequate staffing, continuity of operations, and performance across all supported facilities. · Ensure contract performance complies with Army regulations, technical manuals, and applicable federal requirements. · Oversee implementation of contractor Quality Control Program (QCP), safety program, environmental compliance program, and training plans. · Coordinate work plans, staffing strategies, and workload management to support fluctuating operational requirements, mobilization readiness, and training missions. · Analyze operational and logistics issues, develop solutions, and implement corrective actions to maintain mission readiness and contract performance standards. · Prepare and deliver reports, briefings, and program documentation, including staffing updates, performance metrics, and compliance reporting. · Manage communication and coordination across multiple Army Reserve maintenance facilities and Equipment Concentration Sites (ECS) to ensure timely and effective logistics support. Requirements Requirements for Candidate: · 5+ years’ experience in Managing/Directing of Army supply organizations or logistics support activity. · Minimum of 5+ years documented leadership experience and a comprehensive knowledge of governing regulations, policies, procedures, and instructions in assigned area of responsibility. · Demonstrated knowledge of Army logistics functional areas including Maintenance and Supply · Demonstrated knowledge of Standard Army Management Information Systems (STAMIS) capabilities and outputs · Knowledge of financial management. · Ability to analyze organizational and operational problems and develop timely and economical solutions. · Depth of knowledge in organizing, developing, coordinating, and evaluating plans among numerous military units and activities. · Highly skilled in verbal and written communications to conduct meetings, execute plans, and prepare reports, plans and memorandums of instruction.
