Discover more about our culture and approach here: https://nadara.com/living-the-company/ Job Description Summary: Vector Renewables - Project Manager CAM Job Description: - Management of payments according to the project company’s’ contracts. - Management of interest and principal payments. - Follow-up of the project company’s revenue collections. - Preparation of draw down request/waterfall according to the Facility Agreement. - Follow up of compliance by the project company with the specific obligations derived from the loan agreements and any other finance documents, which will need to be met within the established deadline. - Preparation of the reporting to the financing entities due by the project company, according to the information obligations defined in the loan agreements and finance documents. - Periodic calculation of project finance ratios (e.g., Debt Service Cover Ratio, Debt/Equity ratio, etc.) and submission to the financing entities. - Annual update of the Project Companies’ budget, on the basis of technical assumptions and existing OPEX. - Preparation of the minutes of the project company’s Board of Directors and Shareholders’ Meetings related to drawing up and approval of the project company’s annual accounts. - Management of the project company’s contractual documentation.
