Role Title: Project Manager Consultant – Investment Services / Capital Markets Role Overview The Project Manager leads the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring outcomes are achieved within agreed scope, timeline, cost, and quality standards. Project Delivery Manage projects end-to-end Own project scope, timelines, resources, budget, and quality Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver project outcomes Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation plans and escalate when required Prepare and maintain project documentation, plans, and status reporting Governance & Control Maintain project governance, quality controls, and decision forums Work with risk, security, and governance teams to ensure appropriate controls are in place Financial & Business Support Support business case development, cost-benefit analysis, and financial forecasting Track budget and cost impacts throughout project delivery Support prioritization and investment decision-making where required Stakeholder Management Act as the key liaison between businesses Communicate project progress clearly to sponsors and senior stakeholders Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts effectively Experience & Skills 10 years’ experience managing projects end-to-end Strong understanding of securities flow front to back Experience in Investment Services / Capital Markets Experience in complex implementation of projects Experience in consulting / business services is a plus Strong stakeholder, vendor, and communication skills Highly organized, proactive, and delivery-focused Fluency in Dutch or French is required with an excellent knowledge of English Willing to travel Why join us?
