REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 4-5 years of project management experience, with at least 3 full-cycle CRM/D365 implementations.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing).
  • Experience with data migration, system integration, and release management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, and Office 365 tools.
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare).
  • Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate).
  • Understanding of GDPR and data privacy regulations.”
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
