About the job you’re considering Position Overview The R2O Readiness & Enablement Integration Lead will play a pivotal role in ensuring robust communication, alignment, and operational readiness across all R2O (Ready to Operate) teams. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining integrated readiness plans, communicating out process changes across the functional workstreams, and serving as the bridge between operational workstreams and Sales Enablement. Your role Serve as the primary information conduit for all R2O teams, ensuring each team is consistently informed about relevant changes and initiatives impacting their workstreams. Assess the impact of operational and process changes on individual R2O teams, and drive the creation and execution of comprehensive readiness plans to ensure successful delivery. Maintain and communicate an integrated view of all Functional Readiness plans, ensuring alignment and visibility across workstreams. Oversee updates to readiness criteria and the functional Bill of Materials (BOMs) within the R2O process, guaranteeing all future Operational Performance Assessments (OPAs) reflect the latest requirements and standards. Facilitate collaboration with Sales Enablement, ensuring they have full visibility into the integrated operational readiness plan and the insight necessary to make strategic decisions on supporting sales teams. Drive and support the translation changes to the sales process—including systems and tools—into clear enablement plans, specifying what actions and adaptations are required from different sales roles. Your skills and experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; advanced degree is a plus. 5+ years’ experience in program management, change management, or business operations, preferably within sales or operational environments. Demonstrated experience working with complex, cross-functional teams and managing multiple workstreams simultaneously. Strong understanding of L2C, or similar operational frameworks and associated processes. Exceptional communication skills, with ability to distill complex changes into concise updates for diverse audiences. Proven ability to develop and execute readiness or change management plans in dynamic environments. Experience collaborating with Sales Enablement teams and translating operational changes into actionable sales guidance. Solid analytical and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and ability to anticipate downstream impacts of change. Proficiency in project management tools, process mapping, and sales/operations systems (CRM, ERP, etc.). Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills; able to foster trust and alignment across multiple teams and functions.
