POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Project Manager to manage a diverse mix of projects, including real estate development applications, First Nations and municipal infrastructure projects, and institutional level capital projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day project coordination, stakeholder communication, and delivery of projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
A background in architecture is highly valued, and candidates who are licensed Architects (OAA, RAIC, or equivalent) will be considered strong assets.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Professional Designation: Licensed Architect (OAA, RAIC, AIBC, or equivalent) preferred. PMP or equivalent project management certification is an asset.
  • Experience:
  • 5+ years of progressive project management experience.
  • Experience coordinating development applications and working with municipal and/or First Nations authorities.
  • Background in delivering capital or infrastructure projects valued at $1M+.
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, or similar project management tools.
  • Financial literacy and comfort with budgets and cost tracking.
