Your seat at the table: Project Manager - Capital & Launch Execution You will love this seat if you get, want, and have the capacity to: Lead, Manage, and Drive Accountability (LMA) · Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams to successful execution through clear communication, defined deliverables, and structured timelines. · Support team accountability in line with project goals, organizational values, and The Regal Way. · Provide direction, remove barriers, and maintain progress through active follow-up and meeting facilitation. · Drive execution of large-scale capital projects and new product launches alongside cross-functional teams. Monitor, Report, and Drive Project Progress · Track milestones, risks, and dependencies, providing clear status updates to leadership. · Oversee day-to-day progress of active projects across departments. · Facilitate collaboration between Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, and external partners. · Serve as the central point of contact for project scheduling, task tracking, and issue resolution. Support Capital Projects & New Product Introductions · Administer and track multiple CapEx and product launch projects through all stages—from initiation to completion. · Ensure documentation, milestones, and budgets are accurately tracked and reported. · Own meeting logistics—prepare agendas, record notes, and follow up on action items. · Organize and archive key project records, contracts, and communications for traceability. Champion Project Management Standards · Help the team follow structured methods, templates, and tools that support consistent execution. · Continuously refine project processes and templates to make execution smoother and more efficient. · Foster a culture of proactive planning, accountability, and transparency across teams. Project Management Ambassador · Promote structured project management practices, encouraging accountability and effective communication across teams. · Represent project management discipline in team discussions and help integrate PM thinking into daily work. Requirements We Need This Seat to Have: · Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. · 3–5 years of experience coordinating or managing cross-functional projects—preferably in manufacturing, operations, or engineering environments. · Strong organizational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail. · Ability to communicate effectively across teams and levels of the organization. · Familiarity with project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar). · Proactive mindset—able to anticipate needs, follow up persistently, and keep projects moving. · Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and keeping teams on track in a fast-paced environment. · PMP or CAPM certification a plus but not required.
