ABOUT US
Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District (NBMLHD) is a wonderful place to expand your career and grow your skills and knowledge. As a recognised leader in the healthcare industry, we provide a range of public health services to the Nepean, Blue Mountains, and Lithgow Region.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Facility Development Unit within Total Asset Management (TAM) at NBMLHD as a Project Manager – Capital Works. This role plays a vital part in supporting the district’s strategic infrastructure goals through effective asset management practices.
Total Asset Management translates organisational objectives into asset-related decisions, plans, and activities that balance cost, risk, and performance. Using a whole-of-lifecycle approach, TAM ensures the delivery of defined service outcomes that support the long-term sustainability and functionality of healthcare facilities.
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading selected renovation, refurbishment, and capital works projects across various NBMLHD facilities. Your work will contribute directly to enhancing the built environment and ensuring that infrastructure meets the evolving needs of patients, staff, and the wider community.
If you’re passionate about project delivery and infrastructure development within the healthcare sector, we encourage you to apply and be part of a team committed to excellence and innovation.
