Responsibilities

Lead the successful execution of construction projects across various sectors by applying strategic planning, operational oversight, and strong leadership. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. Duties and responsibilities are:

  • Plan, organize, and manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Oversee tendering, subcontractor selection, and contract administration.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.
  • Monitor project performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.
  • Collaborate with superintendents and field teams to ensure smooth execution and issue resolution.
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates and bid proposals for new projects.
  • Analyze historical data to improve future estimating accuracy.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and client relationships.
  • Participate in strategic planning and annual business development initiatives.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to project coordinators and junior staff.
  • Foster a collaborative and respectful work environment.
  • Promote teamwork, morale, and professional development.
  • Ensure compliance with the Corporate Safety Program and all applicable regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits.
  • Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
