This position at ALC in Coquitlam BC is for a seasoned professional in Project Management, who works independently, supports the development of project plans, schedules and budgets for projects, facilitates project tasks with various functional organizations, forecast project revenues, tracks progress, identifies project problems and recommends resolutions. This is a current vacancy for which Carrier is currently hiring. Key Responsibilities Support the development of project plans, project schedules and project budgets, ensure adherence to the established program plan, schedule and budget. Track progress and identify/resolve obstacles to minimize disruption to project schedules. Forecast project revenues and re-estimate project costs monthly to monitor costs and maximise project profitability. Analyse gathered data and develop solutions/alternate methods of proceeding to optimise performance. Maintain/present plans and progress reports on business aspects of the project(s) to track progress and ensure that established targets are met. Identify and address project problems and recommend resolutions to ensure the successful completion of projects. Facilitate project tasks with the various functional organisations to ensure alignment with overall project objectives. Basic Qualifications High School Diploma or GED 5+ years of experience in project management/supervision in controls or technical field Preferred Qualifications Analytical Problem solver Interpersonal skills Effective English communication in verbal and written Additional information Must have unrestricted authorization to work in Canada. No visa sponsoring available. Pay Range The expected base salary range for this role is between $110,500.00 CAD - $160,500.00 CAD annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. This compensation includes components such as base salary, vacation pay, public holiday pay, potential estimated overtime pay and paid statutory leaves of absence. Additional benefits may include insured benefits such as health care, vision, dental, disability, as well as possible retirement contributions. Other Compensation This role may also provide the opportunity to earn additional incentive compensation in the form of annual bonus, sales bonus, sales commission or local incentive. If the role provides for an opportunity to earn additional incentive compensation, it will be based on measurable performance factors which may include company performance, individual performance or other key performance indicators.
