POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee major marine construction and dredging projects valued at $20M+. This individual will lead all aspects of project execution, including planning, budgeting, team management, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in heavy civil marine construction, environmental dredging, and infrastructure projects along the Eastern Seaboard and Caribbean.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • 10+ years of project management experience in large-scale marine construction, dredging, or environmental projects.
  • Experience managing projects greater than $20M in value.
  • Willingness to relocate for long-term projects along the Eastern Seaboard and Caribbean.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with federal, state, and private client contracts.
  • Proficiency in construction management software, scheduling tools, and budgeting processes.
  • Strong understanding of environmental compliance, permitting, and regulatory standards.
  • Engineering or construction management degree preferred but not required.
