• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven track record of managing projects of similar scope and scale.
• Lead the planning and implementation of construction projects from start to finish.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and quality execution.
• Monitor and control project progress, costs, and quality standards.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and managing expectations.
• Lead regular project meetings with internal and external teams.
