                    EXPERIENCE



                      • Minimum of 5 years proven Project Management experience in an M&E, FM, construction or critical environment



                        • Life Science experience is desirable, but not essential



                          • Proven experience of running a P&L



                            • Demonstrable evidence of having managed a team



                              • Previous experience of operating at senior level (Desirable)

                              QUALIFICATIONS



                                • CDM regulations



                                  • IOSH Managing Safely and/or SMSTS



                                    • Recognised technical qualification in construction, M or E or similar



                                      • Business standard of written and verbal literacy and numeracy



                                        • Recognised qualification in Project Management



                                          • NEBOSH (Desirable)

                                          Responsibilities

                                          JOB PURPOSE



                                            • The purpose of the role is to;



                                              • Be responsible for generating and delivering a variety of project work on our customer sites.



                                                • Have full accountability and responsibility for managing and delivering project work.



                                                  • Support the growth of the business sector in line with strategic planning.



                                                    • The role requires an understanding of the life sciences market or a willingness to learn and preferably some demonstrable experience or knowledge of Labs/R&D/Manufacturing construction.
