As a Project Manager, you will oversee the delivery of large-scale technology infrastructure projects, focusing on internet services implementation within residential housing environments. You’ll coordinate multiple stakeholders — including service providers, contractors, and internal teams — to ensure seamless project execution from design to installation. This role combines technical expertise, leadership, and strong organizational skills to deliver projects on time and within budget, enhancing the overall resident experience through reliable and innovative network solutions. Accountabilities: Manage the full project lifecycle for internet service installations in multifamily or student housing environments. Coordinate with ISPs, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of all infrastructure requirements. Evaluate, procure, and oversee installation of network hardware, equipment, and cabling systems. Supervise subcontractors during installation of wireless and fiber systems. Conduct audits, network surveys, and quality checks throughout the project. Prepare and maintain project documentation, timelines, and resource plans. Ensure project delivery meets scope, cost, and schedule expectations while adhering to quality and safety standards. Support transition of completed projects to ongoing maintenance and support teams. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Computer Science, or a related field. 2–4 years of project management experience, preferably in the residential internet or managed services industry. Solid understanding of networking environments, configurations, and hardware requirements. Certifications in Cisco or Ruckus (a plus). Strong communication, coordination, and leadership abilities. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to assess risks and implement effective solutions. Proven track record of delivering projects on time and under budget. Ability to travel occasionally as required. Competitive salary range: USD $70,000 – $82,000 per year, plus annual performance bonuses (10–15%). Hybrid or remote work flexibility depending on the role. Comprehensive health plan options available within 30 days of employment. Paid time off, 15 holidays (including your birthday), and paid parental leave. 401(k) retirement plan with matching and Roth options. Monthly phone reimbursement and wellness allowance. Paid volunteer time off and employee assistance program. Inclusive culture promoting personal growth, collaboration, and work-life balance.
