Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the delivery of multiple projects encompassing all aspects of project management and solution delivery, accountable for project cost, time and quality.
  • Manage all aspects of project delivery in a highly disciplined manner including robust project planning, delivery oversight and risk, issue and dependency management
  • Support the business in the creation of lean business cases and in securing senior stakeholder and sponsor approvals.
  • Ensure the successful implementation of concurrent projects, managing project resources to tight deadlines. Being business-centric you will ensure all solutions meet business expectations.
  • Establish and maintain trusted business relationships at heads of function and senior management levels, to a wide variety of internal and external audiences.
  • Collaborate with IT managers and team leaders to ensure the overall success of technology deliveries.
  • Manage and promote effective relationships with third-party vendors.
  • Use your experience and expertise to contribute to the development of the department and expanding the knowledge base of the team.
  • Monitor project expenditure and adhere to procurement processes.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management that provide confidence that projects are under control and progressing effectively and efficiently.
  • Provide close support to the Senior Project Managers, the Programme Manager and the Programme Director to drive transparency and ongoing strategic alignment across the portfolio.
