Centennial is proud to partner with a respected, privately held general contractor seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects ranging from $3–$10 million. This role isn’t just about timelines and spreadsheets—it’s about being the go-to person for project success. You’ll be empowered to lead teams, own client relationships, and turn big plans into reality.

• Lead all phases of commercial construction projects—from precon through close-out
• Manage contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and agreements with precision
• Maintain detailed project schedules and budgets to hit milestones
• Supervise SPA assignments (up to $5M) and lead larger builds as PM or Superintendent
• Track and analyze financials to ensure profitability
