You bring structure, clarity, and momentum by coordinating planning, facilitating collaboration, and ensuring delivery across the full audit lifecycle. You operate with a high degree of autonomy, proactively managing risks and resolving issues before they impact quality or timelines. In addition, you help further develop the PMO by improving methodologies, tools, and ways of working. This role is ideal for experienced audit professionals (Senior Associate / Manager level) who want to specialize in project management, as well as project managers with a strong affinity for assurance environments. What you will do Lead the planning, structuring, and coordination of mid- to large-scale audit engagements using the PM Core8 methodology. Align project and resource plans, facilitate key meetings, and coordinate with group and component auditors. Monitor progress, track milestones and KPIs, and keep all stakeholders informed (EMLC monitoring, KCw project management, PBC (Prepared by Client) management). Support partners and managers in managing client expectations, ensuring transparent communication and proactive issue escalation. Facilitate debriefs, capture lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement across the engagement lifecycle. Act as a day-to-day point of contact for project management topics for both the engagement team and the client, within the agreed scope and governance. Contribute to the development of the CoE PMO through improvements to tools, templates, and project management practices. Coach junior PMs and act as a role model for structured, high-quality project delivery. Additional Information Gross salary between €5,300 and €6,500 per month depending on your work experience, variable performance based reward, a fixed expense allowance and a fixed working from home allowance per working day.
