Overview:
Position Overview: We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Project Managers with a strong background in general construction and Electrical Vehicle Infrastructure Training Program (EVITP) certification. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a deep understanding of construction processes, electrical systems, and EV infrastructure, along with exceptional leadership, communication skills, and experience with computerized PM software such as Procore. Ideal candidates are existing Superintendents or PM’s who meet the description and are familiar with travel work, who may be looking to advance from the field but with a willingness to revisit a field installation role under limited conditions.

What Will You Do:

  • Refine the scope of work and detail subcontracts
  • Manage multiple projects in various stages of activities
  • Prepare and monitor project budgets, scope, and schedule
  • Develop project schedule and monitor/update as the project progresses
  • Provide technical interpretation of design documents in support of installation superintendents and tradespeople
  • Provide specific expertise and critical thinking for problem-solving
  • Provide technical evaluation of subcontractor and equipment proposals
  • Monitor and inspect construction to ensure compliance with design documents.
  • Coordinate completion of construction activities.
  • Prepare punch list to ensure the readiness of systems for turnover to the client.
  • Prepare customer proposals and project change orders.
