POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our operations team and drive the successful execution of strategic business initiatives, technology implementations, and operational transformation projects. This role combines traditional project management expertise with a deep understanding of law firm operations, change management, and business process optimization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proven ability to manage competing priorities, navigate organizational complexity, and deliver measurable business outcomes in a fast-paced environment. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with the Director of Strategic Operations to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and achieve measurable business outcomes. This position offers significant visibility within the organization and direct impact on business operations, making it ideal for an experienced project management professional seeking to advance their career while contributing to meaningful organizational transformation.

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus

EXPERIENCE:

  • 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in professional services, technology, or legal environment
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder technology implementations and business transformation projects
  • Background in process improvement, change management, or business operations
  • Experience with stakeholder management across multiple business functions

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Proficiency in project management software (Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar)
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with enterprise software platforms (Salesforce, NetSuite, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Experience with financial management and budget tracking tools
  • Experience with enterprise and/or legal technology platforms a plus
