My client is a Construction Management/General Contracting firm. They work throughout North Jersey and New York State, specializing in large-scale, ground-up, multi-family housing and mixed-use space.

REQUIREMENTS

I am looking for candidates who have 8+ years of experience working as a Project Manager for a General Contractor. Experience with multi-family or mixed-use space a plus*. Intermediate skill level with MS Office Suite and Procore, Knowledge and experience with construction cost accounting methodology.
