Job Description AECOM India is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Project Coordinator to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams for the planning, design, and delivery of infrastructure projects. The role involves end-to-end coordination, client interfacing, schedule and quality oversight, and ensuring successful project execution in line with contractual and organizational requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage overall project coordination, including planning, design development, and delivery activities. Interface effectively with clients, stakeholders, consultants, and internal multidisciplinary teams. Monitor and control project deliverables, schedules, budgets, and quality compliance. Coordinate and lead technical reviews, design approvals, and internal quality checks. Support contractual communication, progress reporting, and documentation in line with project and client requirements. Identify project risks and support mitigation planning in coordination with discipline leads. Ensure adherence to AECOM’s quality management systems, safety standards, and project governance processes. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (B.E./B.Tech / M.Tech) in Civil Engineering. Experience Requirements Minimum 10+ years of experience in infrastructure and/or design projects. Proven experience in coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams and managing complex deliverables. Experience working in consulting or design-led project environments is preferred. Additional Information Technical Skills Proficiency in relevant design and coordination tools, such as: AutoCAD Civil 3D GIS (as applicable) Strong working knowledge of industry standards, engineering practices, and applicable codes.
