POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager in Civil Construction to lead and oversee various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a combination of the following experience with Earthwork, Excavation, Erosion Control, Paving, Grading, Municipals Construction, Utilities Construction, Water/Waste Water etc

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of civil construction projects from inception to completion.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources efficiently to meet project goals.
• Lead and supervise project teams, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders including clients, vendors, and team members to ensure project alignment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to track project progress and resolve any issues that arise.
